(Unless you have 7:30 classes, there is only 1 way into Fayetteville and traffic is apparently bad... I'm from Houston though so I don't think it could be that bad.)
I really need someone December through May. I have a friend that is willing to move in in May when her Housing Contract is up. I wouldn't kick you out in May if you want to stay and we get along.
Rent is $495 a month plus utilities and the deposit is $400(If your not staying past may I'll cover the deposit or refund you your half as long as you haven't damaged anything that would come out of the deposit). Plus utilities.
The company requires a credit check on everyone over 18 in the house but they ask that you pull your credit rating so that they don't lower your credit score (which is really nice).
I'm very low maintaince. I relatively clean. I like a clean living room and kitchen but my bedroom usually looks like a bomb went off so I keep the door shut. I have a dog named Reese he's little and black. He's potty trained but sheds like crazy. He is very friendly and likes being friendly so if you don't like being cuddled with and licked you better be able to get used to it. If you have a pet I'm gonna request that we split the pet deposit but if not I will cover it on my own.
I work in Fayetteville and I teach the Color Guard at Elkins HS (The reason I found a house in Elkins). I'm usually kept pretty busy between work and school so I like to maintain a mellow home life. I don't party just because I'd rather sleep at night.
I prefer someone who doesn't drink often. Since I work at the high school I anticipate my students coming to visit and don't want massive amounts of alcohol sitting around for liabilty reasons. Not to say your not allowed to drink because God knows about once a month with those girls cycling together I'm gonna need a drink after dealing with that. The contract requires that you not be a smoker. I don't care as long as you go outside. Maybe it being so cold this winter will encourage you to quit! I'm hoping that works for my boyfriend but it's probably just wishful thinking.
